Mr.G.D.Binani , 40, a Chartered Accountant is a Commerce graduate from St. Xavier's College under Calcutta University (1982). He has amassed over 15 years of valuable experience in the Telecommunications field. His pioneering ventures started from the long distance Payphones segment in India, and was responsible for setting up and maintenance of a vast network followed by venture into cable tv.

A keen follower of technological trends, he understood the potential of the telephony medium for "enhanced value added services" and spearheaded the implementation of the first commercial IVR platform, which has grown from a modest platform handling 15 thousand calls a day in Delhi city to over one million a day spread over 9 cities.

His vision has seen this company grow from a platform offering simple IVR solutions into a major Communications solutions providing company. He has brought Dialnet to become the largest enhanced voice application service provider in the Indian market.

Mr.K.K.Binani, 43, a Chartered Accountant is a Commerce graduate from St. Xavier's College under Calcutta University (1980). He possesses a rich experience of over 20 years in the filed of finance, taxation and company law matters. He also has entrepreneurship quality having venture into cable tv operations as early as 1989 and set up the largest cable operation in Haldia in 1995. He also has to his credit setting up the distribution network for ESPN and Star Sports in eastern part of India.
